1. Information We Collect

Account information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and create a secure account. You may optionally provide your name and profile information.

Listing content: Photos, videos, property details, and AI-generated copy you create within the Service are stored on our infrastructure.

Lead data: When buyers submit inquiries through your public listing pages, we collect their name, phone number, email address, and any message they provide. This data belongs to you and is accessible only through your account.

Usage data: We collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps to operate and improve the Service.

Payment information: Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• To authenticate your account and keep it secure
• To process your subscription payments
• To deliver lead notifications and in-app updates
• To respond to your support requests
• To send transactional emails (receipts, password resets)
• To analyze usage patterns and improve product features

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your listing content or lead data for advertising purposes.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored using the following infrastructure providers:

• Supabase — database (PostgreSQL), authentication, and file storage (photos and videos). Supabase stores data in AWS data centers with encryption at rest and in transit.
• Vercel — application hosting and edge functions. Vercel operates globally distributed infrastructure with TLS encryption on all connections.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

4. Third-Party Services

ListingKit integrates with the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Anthropic — powers AI content generation. Property details you provide are sent to Anthropic's API to generate listing copy.
• Meta (Instagram / Facebook) — if you connect a social account, we store OAuth tokens to publish content on your behalf.
• TikTok — same as above for TikTok accounts.
• OpenStreetMap / Nominatim — property addresses are geocoded to display a map on public listing pages.
• Stripe (or equivalent) — processes subscription payments.

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy and data practices. We encourage you to review them.

5. Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and to maintain your preferences. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can update your account information from your dashboard. To request full data deletion or export, contact us at the address below. If you are located in the EU or UK, you also have rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to object to processing.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), row-level security on our database, and access controls that prevent users from accessing each other's data. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We will notify you promptly in the event of a data breach affecting your account.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
