The short version

Try ListingKit free for 7 days. If you're not happy, email us and we'll refund you — no questions asked. After 7 days, you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your billing period.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you subscribe to ListingKit and are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 7 days of your first payment and we will issue a full refund. No hoops, no explanations required.

To request a refund, email support@listingkit.org from the address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5 business days and confirm via email.

Cancel Anytime

There are no contracts or long-term commitments. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again after that.

We do not offer partial refunds for unused days in a billing period beyond the initial 7-day guarantee window.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline a refund if we find evidence of abuse of this policy, such as repeated sign-ups and refund requests from the same individual or organization. Refunds are available only for direct subscription charges and do not apply to any third-party fees.
